✂️ ✂️ ✂️ -  The McMillan Administration will abandon any of Pittman’s ideas to raise it to 3.2%.

✂️ ✂️ ✂️ -  The McMillan Cut' N Cap will cut county income taxes by 12% and cap them, so politicians cannot hike them without voter approval and will undo Pittman's proposed income tax hike.

Steuart Pittman hiked income taxes for Anne Arundel County residents by more than 12% in 2019, the largest increase in county history.

We can trust Herb McMillan to cut taxes because he’s done it before and he’ll do it again. Not only did he vote against taxes and fees more than 100 times...

On a majority-Democrat Council, he persuaded his fellow Council members to enact a property tax cut. And in the majority-Democrat House of Delegates, he succeeded in cutting taxes and fees on our hard-working families.

Councilman Nathan Volke has previously proposed an income tax cap for the County, and it was a great idea. As County Executive, Herb McMillan will work with the County Council to achieve this.

The non-partisan Maryland Department of Legislative Services ranked Anne Arundel County as having the 5th highest income taxes per person out of 24 counties in Maryland. We have to make our county a more affordable place to live.
